Because our services are labor-based and performed onsite, we do not offer monetary refunds for completed services. However, we proudly offer a Service Satisfaction Guarantee.
**Our Satisfaction Guarantee**
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled visit.
We will return to your property and correct the issue at no additional charge.
Our goal is simple:
We want it done right.
**What This Means**

We guarantee the job will be completed according to our service standards.

If something was missed, we will come back and take care of it.

We do not issue refunds for completed visits.

We do not offer refunds for missed visits due to locked gates, unsecured dogs, or unsafe yard conditions.
**Subscription Services**
For weekly or bi-weekly customers:

You may cancel anytime.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled service to avoid being charged.

Services already performed are non-refundable.
**Severe Weather or Access Issues**
If service cannot be completed due to severe weather, safety concerns, or lack of yard access, we will reschedule your service. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
